I recently took the Tommy half day excursion to Mount Teide. It was well worth the money as it lasted most of the day. On the way there we had 2 hour long comfort/snack breaks on the twisting road from the south & on the way back headed west to Los Gigantes then south again so we certainly saw a lot of the countryside. The guide on the bus was most informative & fluent in English, French & German. When Tommy in Puerto Colon heard my reason for taking the Teleférico this time, he was most empathetic & very kind, giving me coffee & sweets on my return. From the caldera my husband & I had climbed to the summit of El Teide on Noche Viejo 1999 & brought in el Año Nuevo at midnight 2000 🍇 🍷. Vriendelijke man, Tommy. Legt alles goed uit en geeft tips wat leuk is om te zien op Tenerife. Er zijn meer aito's beschikbaar dan op de website staan. (Oudere die goedkoper zijn). Alles in 1 prijs dus duidelijk. Auto werd bij het hotel gebracht en wordt ergens rond het hotel weer opgehaald (weinig parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel). Zeer tevreden ~ Martin N
